Dentalbuild transformed an empty commercial unit in a large residential new build block into a state-of-the-art dental facility. Starting from an empty shell with concrete floors and ceilings and no services, the team installed a new raised access floor and built walls to create surgeries, decontamination rooms, an OPG room, staff areas, and toilets.

Comprehensive systems for electrical, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire alarms were installed. The interior design was further enhanced with feature ceiling LED strip lighting within the plasterboard, wallpaper murals, new flooring, and glazed doors, all following the proposals of the interior designers.
