Dentalbuild transformed a former charity shop in Langney Shopping Centre, Eastbourne, spanning two floors, into a modern dental facility. The project began with a complete strip out, removing existing racking, staff areas, toilets, floors, ceilings, walls, and all electrical and plumbing services.
New walls were constructed to create surgeries, decontamination rooms, an OPG room, staff areas, and toilets. The team installed comprehensive electrical, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire alarm systems. A grid ceiling system was installed throughout, and pocket doors were added to smaller rooms, with surgeries featuring full frontage glazed partitions.
