My surgery needed a new OPG / CBCT scanner room installed with lead lining in the walls and door, I approached Dentalbuild for a quotation for the works along with various other dental specialist builders. They came back with the best quote for the works and this was scheduled for 4-5 days in early September 2019. Our practice is located in the middle of a busy shopping centre and to gain access to the building a series or CAD drawings, risk assessments, scope of works and additional structural workings was required to obtain a permit – David at Dentalbuild undertook at least an additional 5 hours of compliance for this job free of charge and had all of the extra requested works and permits organized for us. The OPG machine was arriving a day earlier than expected and Dentalbuild changed their works schedule working earlier and later than expected to fit in with this delivery, installation and second fix completing their works a day earlier than anticipated – again at no extra cost to the practice. The builders arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete the job with total professionalism.
