A dental practice refurbishment is a big step for anyone. This year we planned to update one of the surgeries in our practice at The Corner House. Firstly, deciding on whom to use with the vast number of people out there offering dental practice refurbishment is a difficult task. However, with our meeting with Gareth from Dentabuild it became obvious from our first meeting that this was the team that was going to take forward our vision of this change. He gave us a lot of input and things to think about because of the surgery shape and layout. He gave us a proposed plan of the works that needed to be carried out and met us for a final run through before the project started. The works carried out at the practice was of the high standard and went beyond my expectations. They arrived on time each day to carry out the works and when they left they left everything clean and tidy. This was very important as we had the practice open to the public whilst the works were going on. The speed at which they work is incredible to deliver the works in the time scale provided but also producing building work of the highest quality. Along the way, there is always going to be problems you encounter or sometimes things don’t go as you expect, but Gareth was always on had to discuss any problems as well as his team being approachable and friendly to make any changes, and this was done quickly and effectively. This a very important part of customer service, the aftercare is something that was outstanding. Having been in this industry for a long time, I have not come across a more professional company. With this project complete, I embarked on a bigger project at my other practice. I was hesitant on my first project having never done it before but with my second one at Steyndent I had full confidence of the work Dentabuild would carry out. This was on a larger scale project and they have delivered again. The first phase of the project was to remove the old kitchen area into an open plan reception area. The first phase involved a huge amount of work that was needed to be done, with stripping out the old cabinetry, new electrics and plumbing, plastering and to have it all painted. Prior to the project, Dentabuild would meet me in the early morning to accommodate my day to discuss the project initially and then before the works was going to begin. They worked also very well with other people that I needed in the project to tie it all in. Dentabuild have done a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone who is planning to any form of project within there dental practice. There work is on time, resolve any issues promptly and the quality of work is the best I have seen.
